To which countries can I order?

We deliver all over Europe.

You will receive your order within 2-3 working days in Spain, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, and other countries in Europe.

How much does it cost and how is shipping calculated?

We calculate delivery fees by size, weight, and delivery country.

If you want to see the exact delivery price for your country, add the products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. After you fill in the delivery country and address you will see the exact delivery price.

Payment methods

 We strive to provide our customers with a secure and convenient payment method. Here are the payment methods:

1. Credit/Debit Cards

You can use cards such as – Amex, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Fill in your details, and shipping address, and then fill in card data and confirm the order. When the „Thank you“ page loads your order is already received in our system.

2. Direct Bank Transfer 

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. After you finish the order you will receive an email with instructions and our bank account details. 

3. iDEAL 

Netherlands-based payment method, iDEAL is a direct online transfer from your bank account to our bank account. Customers who have a bank account with a Dutch bank may pay with iDEAL.

During checkout, select the Netherlands as a delivery country and iDEAL as a payment method, and select your bank from the drop-down menu. Complete the ordering process by selecting „Proceed payment with iDEAL“. You’ll then be redirected to the online portal of your bank, where you can log in with your online banking, log-in details to complete the payment. All transaction details will be filled in already and you’ll only need to confirm the payment. After the payment is completed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Przelewy24 

A Poland-based payment method that allows you to complete transactions online using bank transfers and other methods. Customers who have a Polish bank account may pay in Polish zloty with Przelewy24 (P24), even if the price is displayed in Euro currency. P24 will perform the currency conversion from EUR to PLN, with no additional fees assessed to the customer.

Select Poland as a delivery county and Przelewy24 as a preferred payment method and you will be redirected to the Przelewy24 platform where you can select your bank. After selecting your bank, you’ll be redirected to the online banking portal of your bank. Log in with your online banking login details to complete the payment. All transaction details will be filled in already and you’ll only need to confirm the payment. After the payment is completed successfully, you’ll receive an email with confirmation.

5. Giropay

Giropay is an interbank German system and an official payment method for online banking.

Select Germany as a delivery country and Giropay as a preferred payment method. Complete the ordering process by selecting „Proceed payment with Giropay“ and you will be redirected to the Giropay platform where you can select your bank. After selecting your bank, you’ll be redirected to the online banking portal of your bank. Log in with your online banking login details to complete the payment. All transaction details will be filled in already and you’ll only need to confirm the payment. After the payment is completed successfully, you’ll receive an email with confirmation.

6. Sofort  

SOFORT is a popular online banking payment method in Europe.

Fill in your data on check out page and select Sofort as a preferred payment method. Complete the ordering process by selecting „Proceed payment with Sofort“ and you will be redirected to the Sofort platform where you can select your bank. After selecting your bank, you’ll be redirected to the online banking portal of your bank. Log in with your online banking login details in order to complete the payment. All transaction details will be filled in already and you’ll only need to confirm the payment. After the payment is completed successfully, you’ll receive an email with confirmation.

7. EPS

Pay now with online banking. EPS (electronic payment standard) is an online transfer system. It provides a simple and secure process of online payments to millions of users in Austria.

Select Austria as a delivery country on the checkout page, select EPS as a preferred payment method and choose your bank from the dropdown menu. Complete the ordering process by selecting „Proceed payment with EPS“ and you will be redirected to the EPS platform where you will confirm and complete the payment. All transaction details will be filled in already and you’ll only need to confirm the payment. After the payment is completed successfully, you’ll receive an email with confirmation.
